Even More Amber

It’s not a new photo, it dates back to the Screen Actors Guild Awards that took place in January this year, but this is the first time I’m seeing it. So often when younger large/fat/curvy (take your pic) women wear red carpet gowns they end up wearing a matronly style dress more suited to their grandmothers than someone in their 20′s or 30′s. I’ve seen this happen with several slebs over the years- won’t mention any names- and we all know why does so I won’t bleat on about it.
This gown by bridal designer, Anne Barge is a showstopper. Its sophisticated but not overly mature, and has a red carpet wow factor rather than just being a nice dress that looks like it could have been bought on the high street (as some plus sized red carpet gowns do). Liking it a lot. What do you think?

This dress is bad!!! And she looks nice in it!!!
I liked the dress until it hit her mid-thigh. It seems like two different dresses attached to one another. I love Amber’s red carpet looks too.

This dress and her overall look at the SAG Awards made her the best-dressed of the week! But she turns into one of the worst-dressed a week later:(
Ms Amber is adorable always, and she’s my favorite big girl on the red carpet. I think you’re right, she or her stylist doesn’t settle for less (cough *gabby sidibe *cough) when it comes to event fashion. The dress is haute!
